I noticed early on that I enjoy languages a lot. So I decided to turn my hobby into a career.  First, I completed an apprenticeship as a state-certified foreign language correspondent, and then I started studying to become a translator and interpreter. After successfully completing my studies, all I needed was to be publicly appointed and sworn in as a translator for the English language, which was done by the President of the District Court of Weiden i. d. OPf.
